JUNE–JULY 2010

Dear Friends,

I have a full calendar of private functions in June and July but the following events are open to the public.

The Stardust Trio will play for ballroom dancing at the Ontario Senior Center, located at 225 East B Street, Ontario on Friday, June 4th  and Friday, July 30th. It's a wonderful venue for dancing. Downbeat is at 7 p.m. There is a nominal $4 admission charge.

 

On Monday, June 7th, and on Monday, July 12th, the Stardust Trio will play for ballroom dancing at the Palomares Community Center, 499 E. Arrow Hwy., Pomona, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This is one of the most popular ballroom dance events in the region. There is a nominal $4 admission fee.

 

Each month, the Stardust Trio also performs for a dance and luncheon at the La Habra Community Center. Although it may seem a little odd to hold a dance at 10 a.m., we nevertheless get a large, enthusiastic crowd. Come join us on Friday, June 18th and again on Friday, July 16th. The La Habra Community Center is located at 101 W. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, California (phone 562.905.9708).

 

The Stardust Trio will not be appearing during June at our usual monthly dance at the San Dimas Senior Citizens Center, but we will be back at our usual first Wednesday in July. Come and join us on Wednesday, July 7th , 201 East Bonita Avenue, San Dimas (909.394-6290). The dancing begins at 7:00 p.m. There is a nominal $5 admission charge. 

 

In addition, the Stardust Trio will be appearing at a number of private events in the Southland during June and July. Although not open to the general public, a limited number of guests are welcome at many of these events.
